Salmon Coast Society is a charity that serves as a hub for coastal research, enabling high-quality and innovative science to sustain wild salmon and their ecosystems.
Salmon Coast operates in the unceded territories of the Musgamagw Dzawada’enuxw: the Dzawada’enuxw and Kwikwasut’inuxw Haxwa’mis First Nations, and the Gwawaenuk Tribe. We can be found deep in the Broughton Archipelago, near Echo Bay, British Columbia.

We also foster and inspire a community of young scientists to push the boundaries of science and conservation. We have created a network of salmon stewards through public education and outreach, a community directly connected to our wide alumni base.
